Our Steam Ale is an homage to the steam beers enjoyed by the pioneers of the American West in the 1800s. The secret to its success lies in the three C’s – CTZ, Cascade, and Centennial. Dry-hopped with these signature Californian hops for strong citrus and pine flavours and a floral aroma. Amber and effervescent, Brew #06 of our Single Batch series is made with Kviek specialty yeast, and exudes hints of caramel on the finish. Uncommonly good.
