Rice is a staple in our part of the world, so why not put it in a beer? We’ve teamed up with local partner The Little Rice Company for the base of this brew, using their wholegrain golden rice alongside pils malt. The result is a wonderful pearl barley aroma thanks to their specialty grain, chased down by a refreshing and classically crisp flavour.
This light-bodied pilsner is bright as a summer’s day, with a good bitterness level to finish. Easy as a walk in the Padi fields.
