Our Kolsch is a delicately balanced beer with a crisp, refreshing edge. Brew #05 of our Single Batch series presents a subtle hop character, low malt body and a fragrant aroma of pear and apple. Muted fruitiness and vinous flavours suffuse this light-gold beer thanks to plenty of Halltertau Tradition hops, which we’ve paired with specialty Kveik yeast for a unique version of this classic Köln brew. Tastes of happiness.
